Assess and define the best strategies to best valorize real estate portfolios and development projects.

Offer consultancy to identify alternative management models aimed at optimizing the income derived from the property.
Engineer buildings by identifying solutions that optimize them in the best possible way, thus turning them into a vehicle for strategic development for the benefit of the owner.
Valorize assets in terms of resaleability and generate income from unused spaces.
NON PERFORMING LOANS MANAGEMENT
Support the management of non- performing credit purchases and credit securitization processes with underlying real estate guarantees.

Dardus Realty was founded by partners who contributed their complementary skills and experiences. Each partner developed their expertise in top management positions with major companies in the real estate and financial sectors, as well as successful entrepreneurial experiences.
LUCA COSSIA
Partner - Chairman and Chief Financial Officer
Graduated in Economics, and licensed as a Chartered Accountants since 1998, Luca is a statutory auditor and chartered accountant, and he provides assistance in tax, administrative and corporate matters. He held the role of CFO and positions in various client companies and banks, and he worked with several international professional firms.
JACOPO MUZINA
Partner - Chief Executive Officer
With a degree in Economics, Jacopo is an entrepreneur and manager with twenty years of experience in business management and development. He has also built on ten years of experience in the valorization, redevelopment and management of real estate assets as a partner of the first Italian player in the industry, a success story for managing and valorizing large non-residential real estate assets nationwide.
PAOLO DEGLI INNOCENTI
Partner - Chief Operating Officer
Paolo is a registered architect, and he has developed a thorough knowledge of the entire process chain of real estate assets management and financial valorization, and of complex redevelopment and development operations. He has applied this expertise to creating several new corporate structures dedicated to asset management and real estate valorization. He held c-level roles and responsibilities in Pirelli Real Estate, Aedes, Sandedoni and Gabetti Property Solutions.
DARIO PILLA
Partner – Head of Capital Raising & Investor Relations
A graduate in Economics with a financial specialization, Dario has built a solid experience in all the financial and banking areas, both as a consultant and as a manager of commercial banks he led up to top levels. He has thorough expertise in structured finance operations and management of non-performing loans portfolios including real estate underlying assets.
ANDREA ZAPPA
Partner – Asset Manager
Graduated in Economics, Andrea has a twenty-year experience as a manager. He has led companies of various sizes and sectors towards solid and sustainable financial management. Andrea has excellent knowledge in optimizing financial processes and risk management, and in developing financial strategies to achieve long-term success with complex and ambitious financial targets.
