Partner - Chairman and Chief Financial Officer
Graduated in Economics, and licensed as a Chartered Accountants since 1998, Luca is a statutory auditor and chartered accountant, and he provides assistance in tax, administrative and corporate matters. He held the role of CFO and positions in various client companies and banks, and he worked with several international professional firms.

Partner - Chief Executive Officer
With an Economics degree, Jacopo has 20 years of experience in building and managing high-impact ventures and corporate initiatives. For 12 years, he has led the Real Estate sector, mastering Asset Management and innovative Office-as-a-Service models. Holds a proven track record in scaling business units and transforming workplaces through hospitality-driven formulas. An expert in deal structuring and capital sourcing, he bridges strategic vision with large-scale operational execution
PAOLO DEGLI INNOCENTI
Partner - Chief Operating Officer
Paolo is a registered architect, and he has developed a thorough knowledge of the entire process chain of real estate assets management and financial valorization, and of complex redevelopment and development operations. He has applied this expertise to creating several new corporate structures dedicated to asset management and real estate valorization. He held c-level roles and responsibilities in Pirelli Real Estate, Aedes, Sandedoni and Gabetti Property Solutions.

Partner – Head of Asset Management & Fundraising
Seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in managing and creating value across national and international portfolios. Extensive track record in both private and listed real estate funds, combining a multidisciplinary and proactive approach with strong analytical and synthesis skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environments, with a results-driven, problem-solving mindset. Solid understanding of the legal frameworks and financial structures underpinning real estate transactions and investment vehicles.

Asset Manager
Graduated in Economics, Andrea has a twenty-year experience as a manager. He has led companies of various sizes and sectors towards solid and sustainable financial management. Andrea has excellent knowledge in optimizing financial processes and risk management, and in developing financial strategies to achieve long-term success with complex and ambitious financial targets.
